As part of Beirut Design Week 2018, theOtherDada took part of the “Forum on Cities & Designers” that was co-created by Public Works Studio and Beirut Design Week. The forum took place at Beit Beirut between June 22 & 29, and served as a platform that invited designers engaged with urban issues to critically reflect upon their practices.
During this forum, we chose to showcase Beirut RiverLESS project, by presenting a timeline of Beirut River highlighting the important events and updates it has gone through since 50 BC until today. We also presented a booklet that highlighted our research methodology and interventions on the river, featuring our collaborators who are helping us bring Beirut River back to life.
